Birds of a Feather is for those who own vintage Singer Featherweight machines, other vintage machines, or simply have an interest in them. We meet the second Wednesday of the month at the Tri-Lakes Chamber Building on Second Street.
Open Sews are scheduled periodically to allow you to have uninterrupted sewing time and to get help and advice, if needed. Watch our FaceBook page for dates.
Spend a minimum of $10 & you will receive a sealed envelope. Inside are two coupons redeemable in January for a discount and for a free item. How lucky will you be, $2 - $30 off your purchase?, or 10% - 40% off your purchase?
After Market Open House takes over the Sewing Lounge. Stop by Sew In Tune and exerience the new products we dsicovered. Goodie Bags for the first 15 attendees and door prizes every 30 minutes. Even if you attended the first Open House, you are still welcome and there is even more to see.
Stop by and let the kiddos decorate their house with fabric, buttons, & ribbon. Perfect for holiday gift giving to a parent, grandparent, or friend.
And for the sewists in the family, buy a pattern, get one of equal or lesser value for half price.
Then visit other downtown Monument shops during Small Town Christmas.
At our After Market Open House Angela did a demo on the Precision Fusing Mat, which is amazing but the Christmas Tree pattern she created for the demo is over the top. Join us and see how easy it is to complete. You can even get one done before Christmas. Or maybe two, a wall hanging for you and a hostess gift too?
Then stay and sew with us.
Do you need some uninterrupted sewing time? Do you like sewing and chatting with others? Would you like some inspiration or help with sewing projects? Come join us for the Sewing Lounge! Bring your sewing machine, supplies and BYOS (bring your own snacks). We'll supply the water, tea, & coffee and GIVEAWAYS!!! $10 reserves your spot.
